Due to the inherent nature of a website we do understand that it is virtually impossible to get a feel for a product being offered. We therefore recommend that if you experience any uncertainty regarding any of the products that you are interested in, please do not hesitate to call us. We will do our utmost to make you feel more secure in your purchase. By talking to us, and we might just be able to make some arrangement to make you feel more at ease.

It is our policy to not exchange goods for cash. We are however able to exchange items that are still in a new and unused condition. In the rare event that we are not able to replace your purchased item with a similar product, we will issue you with a gift card for the equivalent value of the item that you have purchased. This gift card can be used at any time to purchase any item of your choosing that you might be interested in the store, or either of the mobile tack trailers. Gift cards are unfortunately not accepted as an accepted form of payment on this website at this time.
